Happy May — Just Breathe.
It’s the second weekend of Jazz Fest, and the city is already glowing—half-sunburnt, half-buzzed, and fully Alive.
At the Fairgrounds, an Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small (Jazzfest) Town stands ready with iced Rosemint Tea, while the food scene is truly Something Special: an Even Flow of crawfish bread, oysters on the half shell, cochon de lait, and cold beer wherever you turn.

We’re in the Last Kiss of spring before the city slips into its sleepy summer rhythm. Soon enough, we’ll be begging for these days to Come Back.
But these are our Future Days, right here, right now. We’re rolling into May with fresh listings, new projects, and the same sun-dazed optimism that keeps us dancing long after the final guitar riff fades.
