Ingredients:
β 2 1/2 cups white balsamic vinegar β 2 shallots β 2 garlic cloves β 2 Tablespoons Dijon β 3 Tablespoons Honey β 3 bunches parsley β 6 cups canola β Salt and pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients except canola in a blender. Mix and slowly add canola. Season to taste.
