1 oz Capurro Quebranta pisco (can use any pisco)
0.5 oz Scarlet Ibis rum (can use any Trinidad rum)
0.5 oz Huana* infused with toasted pink peppercorns (1 gram per 1 oz Huana)
0.5 oz lime
0.25 oz Demerara syrup (2:1 Demerara sugar to water)
0.25 oz egg white
10 drops Tiki bitters (preferably Bittermans)
3 sprays El Dorado 8 (not in build)
instructions
Toast Peppercorns
Toast pink peppercorns and muddle
Top with Huana guanabana liqueur
Let sit for 1 hour and strain
Mix
Dry shake ingredients without ice
Hard shake with ice
Double strain into chilled Nick and Norah or cocktail glass
Finish with 3 sprays El Dorado 8 over the top
