2 oz Pisco
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1–2 dashes hot sauce (your heat, your rules)
1 oz ginger ale or soda water (optional splash)
Ice
Lime slice or chili for garnish
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and hot sauce.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Add a small splash of ginger ale or soda water if you like it lighter.
Garnish and serve.
