Ingredients:
1.5 oz bourbon
0.75 oz honey syrup*
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 dash Tabasco
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a lemon peel.
*dilute two parts raw honey with one part hot water to make honey syrup
