deviled eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Paprika for topping

  • Crispy fried onions or crushed chips for the “crunch”

Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs, slice in half, and scoop out the yolks.

  2. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

  4. Sprinkle paprika on top.

  5. Add crispy fried onions or crushed chips for the crunchy twist.
