La Boca’s Pisco Sour

Ingredients

– 1.5 oz. Barsol Pisco

– 1 egg white

– 5 oz. fresh lime

– 5 oz. simple syrup

Method

Assemble ingredients in shaker. Fill to the top with ice and shake hard until a layer of frost develops on the shakers. Pour into a coup glass, top with grated nutmeg. Provecho!
